Bio: Megumi Saiga is one of the youngest vampire hunter in history. [Err, yeah…] She wasn’t supposed to be a vampire hunter, she never dreamed to be a hunter. She just wanted to live an ordinary life, but something happened to her 10 years ago that made her decision to become a vampire hunter.
Her family was killed by a vampire, every one of them. Her mother, father and younger brother. They were just having a quiet dinner inside their house when the vampire went inside and began attacking her father. There was blood everywhere. She wanted to scream but no sound would come out from her and she was rooted on the spot. But when she saw the gleaming red eyes of the vampire, she woke up from her stupor and fled. While she was running away, she met someone. It was a guy, a few years older than her father. That person saved her from the vampire that was chasing her and he took her in. The unknown guy was supposed to drop Megumi off in the nearest orphanage but Megumi asked him something that might’ve changed his mind. “Can you teach me how to kill vampires?” And since then, the person took care of Megumi and taught her how to kill vampires.
Megumi has a pathological fear of bloods. Whenever she would see a person covered in blood, she would be rooted on that spot, shivering. But that didn’t stop her to become a vampire hunter. She trained very hard so she can be a vampire hunter and someday she would avenge her family.
She’s now a full-pledged vampire hunter and was sent to Cross Academy to eliminate the Level E’s scattering around the school. Her weapons are a gun which is hidden inside her jacket and daggers which are placed in a holster around her thigh. She also has a spare gun [normal type of gun] hidden on a holster in her waist. She usually uses her daggers first before she grabs her gun. Her daggers are the ordinary type and can never hurt vampires but the gun she possesses, is the type of gun which can kill vampires.
Personality: When Megumi was still a 7-year-old kid, she could be the most energetic kid you ever met. Always smiling and laughing, you would think that nobody can dampen her day. But ever since that incident, her entire personality changed.
She lost all of her innocence, all of her laughter. The only thing left is the aggressive side of her. Whenever she would see a vampire, she goes completely berserk, wanting to attack that certain vampire. The only person that could control her is her partner. But since she is sent on that mission alone, she is ordered to control her temper. She also rarely thinks before she acts. She’s very independent on her intuition and acts based on her guts, rather than logic.
But set aside that hostile personality, Megumi is a sweet kid. She wears her heart on her sleeve and people can easily know how she feels. She can be very childish at times when things don’t go her way. She could also get easily flustered when someone flatters or compliments her.
Sample Post: “Ah, Megumi-chan, are you sure you’ll be okay?” a brunette girl who’s hair in a Chinese buns asked Megumi. She tapped the pen she was holding on the table while her partner, Megumi, continued to stuff her clothes inside a suitcase. “Ne, Meg-chan, are you listening to me?”
The girl named Megumi didn’t even bother to respond, she didn’t even looked at her, instead, she just continued to pack her stuff. The brunette in Chinese buns pouted, she stomped her foot and began whining. “Megumi-chan!” Megumi’s head jerked up, glaring at the girl, “What, Xiao-chan?” she snapped. Xiao Qiao stuck out her tongue at Megumi before saying, “Meanie. I’m just asking you if you’re going to be fine at Cross Academy.” Megumi smiled at her partner and leaned over her, ruffling Xiao’s hair. “Don’t worry… I’ll be fine.”
